Drawing as an Embodied Practice

These exercises can be used to ground yourself, work through mental blocks and open your mind to creative possibility.

I know I can over think, over analyze and the purpose of an embodied practice like this one, is to bring your mind back into your body and give a physical form to a feeling or emotion. Our goal here is to process any worry, unease or self-doubt from inside our body onto the paper—and leave it there.
