I like the design.  The cropping of the inspiration photo is interesting.  Some of the execution is a little sloppy—e.g. stray threads, should have trimmed fabric in corner of roofline, and the window lattice should have been trimmed better.  I am very happy with the fabric choices—the two hand-dyed greens for the “background” (actually walls and roof), the Mickey Lawler painted black fabric for the window.  I am also pleased with the quilting design which I enjoyed sewing.

This is a small quilt.  I do not think it could be made larger with any success.  What could I have done differently to make it a larger quilt?  I aspire to have my work make a statement of calm stability with depth and mystery.  Lots for me to think about.
